摘要
目的探讨湖北省中东部部分地区儿童尿碘含量水平与频数分布,为进一步降低或维持食品中碘含量的摄入水平提供科学依据。方法采集8岁~10岁儿童一次随机尿样进行碘含量检测,数据采用中位数和频数分布评价,并结合近年来湖北省盐碘含量的调整作相关性分析。受采样地域的限制,只将孝感市2011年儿童的尿碘结果与其2006年和2009年监测的结果进行纵向比较。结果湖北省中东部的孝感市、武汉市、黄冈市、潜江市、仙桃市、广水市6个地区儿童的尿碘整体中位数为289.5μg/L,频数分布为最高区间为200μg/L^300μg/L。2011年、2009年、2006年孝感市儿童尿碘中位数呈逐年下降趋势。男孩和女孩无差异,8岁儿童尿碘含量最低。结论 2011年湖北省中东部部分地区儿童尿碘处于适宜水平,儿童碘营养适宜,进一步降低全人群盐碘含量或加大其它食物碘的摄入或没有必要。
Objective To explore the urinary iodine contents and frequency distribution in children in the eastern part of Hubei province, and provide scientific basis for further reducing or maintaining the proposed content of iodine in food intake. Methods Urine samples were collected from children between 8 and 10 years old to detect the urine iodine contents by arsenic cerium cat- alytic spectrophotometry. The results were evaluated on medium and frequency distribution. Since the limit of sampling region, the urine iodine detection results in 2011 were compared only with those in 2009 and 2006 in Xiaogan. Results In six regions of the eastern part of Hubei, the urinary iodine median of children was 289.5 μg/L, and the highest frequency distribution range was 200 μg/L - 300μg/L. In 2011,2009 and 2006, children urinary iodine median declined year by year. The levels of urinary iodine had no difference between boys and girls, the lowest urinary iodine was found in children below 8 years old. Con- clusion The urinary iodine was at a appropriate level in children in the eastern part of Hubei province, and iodine nutrition is suitable for children, so further reducing the content of salt iodine in whole population or increasing the iodine intake from other foods is not necessary.
