基于胰高糖素样肽1药物的胰腺安全性 被引量：3

摘要 基于胰高糖素样肽1（GLP-1）药物是新近上市的抗糖尿病药物，分为GLP-1受体激动剂和二肽基肽酶（DPP-4）抑制剂两大类，前者包括艾塞那肽、利拉鲁肽等，后者包括西格列汀、维格列汀、沙格列汀、利格列汀、阿格列汀等。GLP-1可葡萄糖浓度依赖性刺激胰岛β细胞分泌胰岛素、抑制α细胞分泌胰高糖素、抑制肝糖输出、延缓胃排空、抑制摄食等，从而发挥降糖作用。
