高倍浓缩提取发酵生产乳酸链球菌素工艺

Fermentation coupled with high concentration extraction for Nisin production

摘要 主要是采用胶质玉米进行深加工后的淀粉葡萄糖、蛋白、玉米浸出液,同时配以酵母膏、甘蔗糖蜜及无机盐和生物素作为发酵培养基原料进行发酵,通过酸化解析,酸化液用曝气方法进行高度浓缩纯化,再通过有机膜净化可溶性杂质和盐类,然后进行喷雾干燥制得乳酸链球菌素(Nisin)成品,制得的产品中Nisin效价能达到8000~15000 IU/mL。 The experiment mainly adopts the material after corn deep processing to fermented. The fermentation medium includes glucose, protein and maize lixivium, also equips with yeast extract, sugar cane, inorganic salt and biotin at the same time. After the fermentation, fermented liquid through acidification and aeration to highly concentrated and purification. Then through organic membrane to purify soluble impurities and salts. Using spray drying to gain the Nisin finished product, and in the product Nisin titer can reach 8000~15000 IU/mL.
