新型纳米涂膜用于赣南脐橙保鲜的研究 被引量:10

Fresh-keeping of Gannan navel orange with coating novel nanoscale

摘要 利用纳米TiO2和纳米SiOx分别对壳聚糖进行改性,探讨了改性前后抗菌性能的变化。在室温条件下进行了赣南脐橙的保鲜实验,测定了赣南脐橙贮藏期间腐烂率、Vc、可溶性固形物和可滴定酸等变化情况。实验结果表明:2种复合膜对桔青霉、黑曲霉等霉菌均具有显著的抑菌效果;赣南脐橙在室温贮藏90 d后,与空白组相比,腐烂率分别降低15.5%和13.7%,Vc含量分别提高10.6%和8.8%,可溶性固形物分别提高7.7%和3.9%,可滴定酸分别提高12.5%和7.5%,达到了较好的保鲜效果。 Nano-TiO2 and nano-SiOx were used to modify chitosan, The change of before and after modification are discussed antibacterial properties. The rot rate, Vc, total soluble solid, titratable acidcontent of composite coating film on preservation of Gannan navel orange were investigated at room tempreture. The results indicated that, Two kinds of composite membrane of Penicillium citrinum and Aspergillus niger mold all have significant bacteriostatic effect; The rot rate, Vc, total soluble solid, titratable acid content of Gannan navel orange were measured after stored 90 d at the room temperature, The rot rate were 15.5% and 13.7% lower, The content of Vc were 10.6% and 8.8% higher, the total soluble solid were 7.7% and 3.9% higher, and the titratable acid content were 12.5% and 7.5% higher than the control group with nano-TiO2 /CTS and nano-SiOx/CTS, the effect of fresh-keeping is good.
