Steel tube straightening theory based on the relative deflection and its experimental verification

摘要 矫直是在管件加工和修复过程中使其能够符合直线度要求的一个重要步骤,研究管件的变形过程可以为矫直行程的确定提供参考。通过对管件矫直过程中3个阶段的弹塑性解析,得到管件在矫直过程中压力和挠度的关系。提出了相对压力和相对挠度的概念,得出了其关系只与管径比有关的结论。并且求出了对于不同管径比的相对压力-相对挠度曲线,提出了根据相对挠度确定下压行程的方法。最后,用无缝钢管进行矫直实验验证了这一结论,验证了理论推导的合理性并分析了误差来源。 Straightening is an important step to make the pipes meet industrial requirement in manufacturing and repairing process, and theoretical research on the process of pipe straightening can provide implications for application. The relationship between the force and the deflection in straightening was achieved by elastic-plastic analysis of the three processes for straightening. The concept of relative force and relative deflection was put forward, whose relationship was dominated by the diameter ratio. The relative force and relative deflection curves with different diameter ratios were acquired, and the way based on relative deflection to calculate the straightening deflection was discussed. Finally, the experiment was conducted to confirm the theory, which verified the theory well, and the deviation was analyzed.
