摘要
人们在享受经济高速发展成果的同时,对公共文化服务的需求快速增长,其内容及形式也呈现多元化与多样化的特征。根据对杭州市区公共文化设施进行的广泛调研和考察走访的成果,系统分析了杭州公共文化设施规划与建设的现状信息及公众需求,探讨了未来时期对杭州公共文化设施进行科学规划建设和运营管理的有效路径与方法。
While people enjoy the benefits of economic growth, the demand of public cultural services is growing rapid- ly, and the contents and forms of the demand are multiple and diversiform. Based on the results of extensive research and inter- view about Hangzhou public cultural facilities, this essay analy- zes the status quo and public needs of the planning and construc- tion of Hangzhou public cultural facilities, and explores the ef- fective ways and methods to improve the future construction and operation management of Hangzhou public cultural facilities.
