摘要
依据增长极理论及双核空间结构模式理论,黄河三角洲高效生态经济区的开发应以顶点城市选择建设为突破口。依据因子分析结果,东营市在黄河三角洲区域内总体竞争力居于首位,因此,从绝对量和相对量综合分析,东营市成为黄河三角洲顶点城市必然选择。利用灰色关联模型对黄河三角洲顶点城市东营市的科技创新投入与经济发展的相关性进行实证,研究发现,科技创新对于东营市的经济发展作用显著,但创新的各个因素差异显著。为此东营市要采取科技管理的差异性政策。
The development of the Yellow River Delta economic zone begins with the rise and construction of the apex city according to the growth pole theory and dual core spatial structure model. According to the factor analysis, Dongying is the most competitive in delta area. Therefore, Dongying is inevitably chosen as the apex city. Using the grey incidence analysis model, the paper carried out the analysis on relations between science and technology innovation and economic development of Dongying. The result shows that science and technology innovation plays a significant role in promoting economic devel- opment of Dongying; The factors of innovation have some significant difference. Therefore, Dongying city should take the different policy of technological management.
