摘要
结合广东省生物医药动物实验外包服务基地建设实例,在分析生物医药动物实验外包服务基地建设的背景基础上,论证广东省具备了构建生物医药动物实验外包服务基地的资源条件和地理优势,提出基地的构建原则、总体框架、系统结构,最后重点论述生物医药动物实验外包服务基地的运行机制。
Based on the analysis of background of the base of bio - pharmaceutical animal outsourcing service and combined with the base of Guangdong province, the paper demonstrated that Guangdong province possessed the resource conditions and geographical advantages to construct the base of bio - pharmaceutical animal outsourcing service, and put forward the principle, general frame, system structure of the base. Finally, the operating mechanism of the base was mainly discussed.
