摘要
分析了新型履带式推土机推土工作装置侧倾机构的组成和侧倾参数 ,以及升降机构的组成和角度、速度、加速度等运动参数 ,并采用已建立的模型进行了实例计算和分析 ,为推土机推土工作装置的设计提供理论依据 。
A bulldozing device is one of the most important parts for a bulldozer. The kinematic analysis for a bulldozing device plays an important role in a bulldozing device design. In this paper, the kinematic analysis of a tilting mechanism was completed including the tilting principle, the mechanism component and the tilt parameters. The kinematic analysis of a lifting mechanism was completed as well. The lifting principle, the mechanism component and the lifting parameter, such as the lifting angle, the lifting velocity and the lifting acceleration, were included in this analysis. Taking a new type crawler bulldozer as an example, the tilt value was calculated, and then compared with the theoretical results. The lifting velocity and the lifting acceleration were also calculated, and compared with the results obtained from the graphical method. Both the calculated results were well agreed with the compared ones and the errors were less than 5%. The analytical model was effective, and could be modified to analyze other type bulldozing devices, which provided a reliable reference for designers.
