摘要
[目的]了解住院享受医疗保险的精神分裂症患者医疗费用负担情况;[方法]对年龄21～60周岁,共计320例患者,在职享受医疗保险的住院精神分裂症患者逐一进行经济状况及医疗费用调查;[结果]个人平均医疗费占其月收入的55.11％,占其家庭人均月收入的46.19％,负担过重已直接影响到患者及家庭成员的生活水平;[结论]精神分裂症是一种终身性疾病,需要长期的治疗,如中断治疗对个人、家庭及社会都会产生灾难性后果。因此,政府应引起高度重视,制定必要的政策给予合理解决。
[Objective]To comprehend condition about schizophrenia in - patients of medical insurance. [Method] Age from 21 to 60, total 320 in - patients,their economy and medical cost were inquired. [Results]Everyone medical cost average was their income 55.11% and their family members average income 46.19% .Patient's and their family members life was influenced by heavy burden of medical cost. [Conclusion]Schizophrenia is a all patient's life disease,it needs long term treatment.If this disease does not treat,it will bring disastrous consequences for family and society.Government must pay attention to it.
