摘要
目的在牙周病学临床前期教学中,应用牙周病理模型进行龈下刮治练习,评价其作用。方法中国医科大学口腔医学专业2006级60名本科生首先接受牙周基础治疗之龈下刮治及根面平整理论知识讲授,然后由带教老师示教讲授龈下刮治及根面平整操作,结合观看视频、PPT课件;随机选取30名学生并分为两组,每组15人,实验组在牙周病理模型上进行龈下刮治及根面平整练习4小时,对照组未进行模型上操作练习。次日,两组学生分别对牙周病理模型进行龈下刮治及根面平整,利用牙周内窥镜比较分析两组术后根面洁净度的差异。结果实验组实行龈下刮治及根面平整术后牙根面的洁净度显著优于对照组。结论应用牙周病理模型进行进行龈下刮治及根面平整练习有利于医学生掌握龈下刮治动作要领,提高龈下刮治的准确性,为临床实习打下坚实的基础。
Objective To evaluate the effect of subgingival scaling and root planning on periodontal pathological model during pre-clinical education of periodontology. Methods 30 of 60 senior students of dental school in China Medical University were randomly recruited and divided into two groups, including test croup and control group. All students of test group practiced scaling and root planning on periodontal pathological model for 4 hours. Students of control group had not done this practice. Next day, all students of two groups were asked to perform scaling and root planning on periodontal pathological model. The cleanness of the root was measured with a periodontal endoscopy by a teacher. Results The cleanness of the root in the test group was significant better than the control group. Conclusion Practice of scaling and root planning on periodontal pathological model was helpful to enhance the technique of scaling and root planning.
