摘要
目的 :建立一种高效液相色谱法测定苦参素中有关物质的方法。方法 :采用 C1 8柱 ,流动相 :0 .0 5 mol/L 磷酸二氢钠 -乙腈-甲醇 -高氯酸钠 (910∶ 5 0∶ 10∶ 2 0 )。检测波长 :2 2 0 nm。柱温 (40± 1)℃。结果 :线性范围 0 .0 2~ 0 .8μg,r=0 .9995。结论 :该法分离效果好 ,准确可行。
Objective: To establish the determination methods of related substances in Kushensu with HPLC. Methods: Using C 18 column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate acelonitrile methanol sodium perchlorate (910∶50∶10∶20). The UV detection wavelength was 220 nm. Temperature: (40±1)℃. Result: The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.02~0.8 μg of oxymatrine, γ=0.999 5. Conclusion: The method is accurate、 reliable and satisfactory in the isolating effect.
