摘要
针对某汽车离合器活塞导柱零件压铸,分析了EN AC-48000铝合金的性能与特点,进行了工艺设计、数值模拟分析,完成了压铸试制,对铸件进行了品质、硬度、显微组织分析。结果表明,EN AC-48000铝合金可以应用于压铸零件成形。环形浇注系统更加适合圆形零件的压铸生产。采用慢压射速度为0.3m/s、快压射速度为3.6m/s、压射比压为80MPa等工艺参数,在不采用真空压铸的条件下生产的铸件,其外观以及内部品质均符合要求。
Based on the properties and characteristics of the EN AC-48000aluminum alloys,the feasibility of the alloy for die casting piston guide-pillar in clutch for a car was analyzed.The process design and numerical simulation for the die castings were carried out.Meanwhile,the piston guide-pillar was trialproduced to analyze the quality,hardness and microstructure.The results show that the EN AC-48000 aluminum alloys can be used for die casting components.Ring-gating system is a satisfied choice for die casting cylinder component.With slow shot speed of 0.3m/s and fast shot speed of 3.6m/s as well as specific pressure of 80MPa,the quality and appearance of the piston guide-pillar meet requirement in the absence of vacuum die casting.
