早产和足月产母体牙周状况及血清IL-6的对照研究 被引量：1

A case-controlled study on periodontal status and serum IL-6 levels between the pregnant women with premature birth and those with term birth

摘要 以28例先兆早产孕妇(早产组)和22例足月先兆临产孕妇(足月组)为研究对象,比较早产与足月产母体牙周状况及血清IL-6水平,早产组菌斑指数、出血指数及血清IL-6水平均高于足月组(P<0.05),表明牙周感染可能和早产有联系。 The case group consisted of 28 women with premature birth and the control group consisted of 22 women with term birth. Plaque index, bleeding index and serum IL-6 level in case group were higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Periodontal infection of preg- nat women may be related to premature birth.
