摘要
烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术经过20余年的发展,已成为一项广泛应用于临床的较成熟的烧伤治疗技术体系。近年来,随着糖尿病皮肤溃疡创面修复治疗中"干燥愈合"观念被"湿润愈合"观念所取代,烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术在治疗糖尿病皮肤溃疡创面上的良好疗效也得到了临床认可,然而,对其治疗机理研究甚少,在分子生物学层面的治疗机理研究几乎是空白的。因此,探析中医药外用治疗糖尿病皮肤溃疡创面的基础研究具有重要意义。
Through more than two decades of development, MEBT/MEBO has become a mature technological system for hurn treatment, being widely applied in clinic. In recent years, with the ＂dry healing concept＂ being replaced by ＂moist healing concept＂ in the restoratinn of diabetic skin ulcer, the excellent therapeutic effect of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of diabetic skin ulcer has heen well accepted in clinic. However, there are few studies on the treatment mechanism, and nearly no molecular biology study on the mechanism. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out the basic thenry studies on TCM external application in treating diabetic skin ulcer.
