禁食对瓦氏黄颡鱼幼鱼皮质醇及糖代谢的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了禁食及再投喂对瓦氏黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus vachelli)幼鱼(体质量平均为(3.12±0.16)g)皮质醇及糖代谢的影响。试验分成5组,分别为对照组(G1)正常投喂、禁食1 d(G2)、禁食7 d(G3)、禁食14 d(G4)、禁食21 d(G5)后再恢复投喂。选取样品分析测定了瓦氏黄颡鱼幼鱼禁食和再投喂后皮质醇水平、肝指数、血糖浓度、肝糖原及肌糖原含量。结果表明:G2组幼鱼皮质醇水平与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),而G3、G4、G5组则极显著升高(P<0.01),恢复投喂4 d后幼鱼皮质醇水平恢复至对照组水平。禁食后幼鱼的肝指数随禁食时间的增加而降低,恢复投喂后肝指数逐渐恢复至对照组水平。G2、G3、G4组幼鱼的血糖浓度在禁食后与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),而G5组幼鱼在禁食21 d后的血糖浓度显著下降(P<0.05)。G3、G4、G5组幼鱼在禁食后肝糖原含量显著降低(P<0.05),在恢复投喂的过程中G3、G4、G5组幼鱼的肝糖原含量升至对照组的约1.1到3.7倍。在整个试验过程中所有组别幼鱼的肌糖原含量均无显著变化(P>0.05)。 The effects of fasting and refeeding on cortisol and metabolism of glucose in juveniles of Pelteobagrus Vachelli (body weight: (3.12 &#177;0.16) g were studied.The fish were distributed in five experimental groups .The first group was considered as the control and was fed normally; the others were fasted for 1, 7, 14, 21 d and re-fed.The concentration of cortisol, HSI, blood glucose and liver and muscle glycogen in P.vachell juveniles were determined during starvation and refeeding.The results were as follows: after fasted, the cortisol levels of G2 was not significantly different from that of the control ( P&gt;0.05 ) .While the cortisol levels of G 3 , G4 , G5 significantly increased by compared with the control ( P&lt;0.01 ) , and returned to basal level after 4 days of refeeding .The HSI of juveniles decreased with the increase of fasting periods and returned to control level after refeeding .Blood glucose values in juveniles of G 2, G3, and G4 remained un-charged during fasting with no significantly difference (P&gt;0.05) from the control.At the end of 21-day fasting period, blood glucose values in juveniles of G 5 decreased significantly ( P&lt;0.05 ) , but 2 days after refeeding , liver glycogen in-creased with values ranging from 1.1~3.7 times those of control concentrations .In contrast, no starvation effect was veri-fied in the muscle glycogen ( P&gt;0.05 ) .
