摘要
为解决高速度、高精度数控加工过程中插补余量引起的速度波动问题,对插补余量的产生原因及现有解决插补余量问题的控制算法进行研究。在分析了现有插补余量处理算法缺陷的基础上,提出了利用简化的S形加减速控制方式进形插补前速度重新规划的算法,并对该算法进行了仿真和实验验证,结果表明该算法能有效消除插补余量引起的速度波动,并提高了算法执行效率。
In order to solve the problem of speed fluctuation caused by interpolation allowance in high_ speed, high_precision, study the causes of interpolation margin and the control algorithm to solve it. Based on analyzing the existing defects of algorithm in interpolation allowance,proposed a simplified S_shaped ac- celeration and deceleration method to replanning velocity before interpolation. And the algorithm is simulated and analyzed, the results shows that the algorithm can effectively eliminated the velocity fluctuation caused by interpolation allowance, and it also improve the algorithm efficiency.
