摘要
重合度是齿轮设计时需要考虑的一个重要因素,它将直接影响齿轮的承载能力和传动的平稳性。首先建立了直齿轮副非线性动力学模型,并分析了重合度对齿轮啮合时变刚度的影响。然后利用Runge-Kutta法对含间隙齿轮非线性动力学模型进行数值仿真求解,结合时间历程图、相图、Poincaré映射图以及FFT频谱图,分析了齿轮的非线性动力学特性,从而研究重合度对齿轮副非线性动力学特性的影响。
Contact ratio is an important factor when on carrying capacity and transmission stability. This designing a pair of gears because of its direct influence text firstly establishes the model of gear non-linear dy- namics and analyzes the influence of contact ratio on time-varying mesh stiffness. Then it soves the gear non-linear dynamics equation with backlash using Runge-Kutta and analyzes the non-liner dynamic character- istics of gear pair by time histories, phase plane plots, Poincar6 maps and FFT spectra to research the effect of contact ratio on non-linear dynamics of gear pair.
