大型落地铣镗床主轴箱模态分析与动态特性优化 被引量:7

Modal Analysis and Dynamic Characteristics Optimization of Large Floor-Type Milling and Boring Machine Spindle Box

摘要 文章利用Pro/E和ANSYS Workbench分别对数控落地铣镗床主轴箱进行建模和模态分析,分析主轴箱的各阶自振频率和振型,有效的预估箱体的振动特性。在此基础上,定义四个结构尺寸作为设计变量,对主轴箱进行外形尺寸优化,以提高主轴箱的基频,增强主轴箱的抗震性能,为主轴箱的结构设计提供参考。 In order to analyze the natural frequencies and vibration model and estimate vibration characteris- tics, this paper work out CNC Boring and Milling spindle box modeling and modal analysis by the Pro/E and ANSYS Workbench. On that basis, the dynamic characteristic of spindle box is optimized through defi- ning multi structure sizes as design variable. Fundamental frequency of the spindle box is increased obvious- ly after optimizing, as a result, damping property of it is enhanced effectively. It offers significant referents to structure design of spindle box.
