摘要
为了提高医院被服洗涤社会化过程中的质量,降低被服供应差错率,被服供应科引入品质管理概念,采用流程图、雷达图、查检表等手法,引导员工积极参与质量管理的全过程,促进沟通,提高工作效率,增强工作责任心。结果被服供应差错率由改善前的25.2%下降为2.8%,员工工作积极性及责任心明显增强。
In order to improve the quality of socialized clothing washing, reduce error rate of clothing supplies, De- partment of Clothing Supply in our hospital introduces the idea of quality management, and takes the methods of flow charts, radar maps, and check sheets to lead the active participation into the whole process of quality management by staff members, promote communication, improve work efficiency, and enhance responsibility for work. After that, the error rate of clothing supplies decreases from 25. 2% to the present 2. 8%, and enthusiasm and responsibility of the employees has increased significantly.
