摘要
优质珩磨网纹是珩磨加工的最终目的。讨论了珩磨网纹加工工艺的现状及影响因素。珩磨往复换向加速度的大小影响珩磨网纹的质量,通过对换向加速度的仿真分析,揭示了加速度的变化对主要的珩磨工艺参数及网纹质量的影响。在此分析基础上,得出了珩磨往复换向加速度越大,换向时所形成的圆弧过渡区域越小,珩磨网纹质量越高。
The present processing technology for honing netlines and influence factors are introduced in this paper. Simulation analysis on reciprocating reversing acceleration for honing machine is studied and the effect of accelera tion change on the main honing machine parameters and quality of reticulate pattern are revealed. According to re quirements for the actual production, the best reciprocating reversing acceleration is obtained based on the analysis. It is concluded that the bigger honing reversing acceleration, the smaller area of circular arc transition, the higher quality of honing reticulate pattern.
