摘要 根据超越弹簧离合器高速化,轻质化的应用需求,在弹簧扭矩变化规律分析基础上,基于等强度原理,得到了弹簧截面的变化规律和弹簧螺旋线方程。应用MATLAB和Pro/E建立了变截面弹簧的三维数值模型。采用有限元方法,对弹簧离合器在传递过程的应力和弹簧的径向、轴向、扭转刚度特性进行了分析。结果表明:设计的变截面弹簧在传递扭矩过程中,应力均匀,变截面弹簧达到了轻质、等寿命的设计要求;弹簧的径向刚度呈非线性,而扭矩刚度和轴向刚度呈线性。 Abstract: According to the application requirements for highspeed and lightweight of the overrunning spring clutch, after analyzing the spring torque variation, the springsectional variation law and spring spiral equation are established based on the equal strength principle. The MATLAB and Pro/E are applied to establish the threedi mensional model of the variable crosssection spring. The stress of the spring clutch in transfer process and the ra dial, axial, tensional stiffness characteristics of the spring are numerically analyzed by the finite element method. The results illustrate that the design of the variable crosssection spring has the uniform stress during the torque transmission process and achieves the goal of lightweight and equal life. The radial rigidity of the variable section spring is nonlinear, and the torsion rigidity and axial rigidity are linear.
