摘要
目的 :研究、评价胃及十二指肠水造影CT扫描 ,这种方法和所用的造影剂。材料与方法 :收集 1992～ 1999年有完整病史 ,胃镜检查资料和病理、手术资料的胃及十二指肠水造影CT检查病人 10 0例、进行对比、分析、研究。结果 :1、水是胃及十二指肠CT扫描最廉价而又行之有效的造影剂 ;2、胃及十二指肠水造影CT扫描是形态学检查的一种新方法 ;结论 :本研究填补了胃及十二指肠其他检查方法的不足。
Purpose:This text is related to the research and the evaluation of the way of examing the gastroduodenum by water-visualization CT scan and also the drug wsed in this examination.Materials and Methods:We adopt is to gather the data of 100 patients of examing the gastroduodenum by water-visualization CT Scan during 1992-1999,who have complete disease histories and the medical records of gastroscopy in spection,pathology and operation.By contrasting,analyging and studying.Relusts:①Water is the cheapest and effective drug for the visualization;②The water visualiszation CT Scan of gastroduodenum is a new way of morphological examination;Conclusion:The research makes up for the lack of other ways of examining gastroduodenum.
