摘要 采用ANSYS软件,对随机排布的氮化铝(AlN)颗粒填充型环氧基导热复合材料的导热性能进行有限元仿真,研究了AlN颗粒添加量、级配填充对复合材料导热性能的影响规律,通过实验验证了导热模拟结果的有效性。最后获得最优化的填料配方设计方案。 The thermal conductivity of the random-arranged AIN particle-filled epoxy composites was numerically simulated using ANSYS software. The effect of filler content and size distribution on thermal conductivity of the composites was studied as well. It was found that the simulated results agree well with the experimental one. Finally, the optimized filler formulation solutions were obtained based on both simulated and experimental results.
