摘要 目的 探讨实习初期高职护生对以学生为主体儿科教学查房模式的真实想法和体验.方法 采用半结构焦点团体访谈法,对7组临床实习3个月内的27名高职护生进行小组访谈,现场录音和笔录,并对所收集资料进行分析.结果 护生对此教学查房模式持肯定态度,提炼出3个主题:激发护生的学习潜能,促进护生综合能力提高;部分护生在病例选择、分析病情、开展体格检查方面存在一定的困难;建议事先给护生发放详尽的查房指引,查房间隔周期2周较合适.结论 儿科教学中应强化护理评估技能的训练;发挥带教老师的指导作用;倡导自我导向学习. Objective To explore true thoughts and experience about student-based nursing teaching rounds among vocational college nursing students in Pediatric during the initial stage of clini- cal practice. Methods Interview was conducted on 27 nursing students of seven focus groups with semi-structured interview. The data was transcribed based on the tape and were analyzed by Giorgi analysis. Results Nursing students held positive attitude to this mode. Three themes were extracted: stimulating nursing studentsj learning potential, enhancing the comprehensive ability of nursing students; some students had difficulties in case selection, disease analysis and physical examination; suggesting that detailed rounds guideline should be issued to students firSt, and teaching rounds should be held every two weeks. Conclusions We should strengthen training of the ability of nursing assessment in pediatrics for nursing students, play the role of facilitator and advocate self-directed learning methods.
