喉罩在儿科手术中的应用价值及安全性探讨

摘要 目的研究全麻状态下择期手术的儿科患者应用喉罩的临床效果以及血流动力学变化。方法选取80名在全麻状态下进行择期手术的儿科患者作为研究对象,并按随机数表将患者随机分为喉罩组和气管导管组,每组40例,对两组患者的血流动力学以及应用的安全性进行观察。结果两组患者的心率和平均动脉压在T1、T2、T4三个时间点的两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后2小时和8小时对患者进行术后回访发现两组患者的不良反应情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喉罩的应用在儿科手术中是安全有效的,与常规的气道管理方法相比具有不良反应少以及术后恢复快的优点。 Objective To explore the applicationeffect of laryngeal mask and hemodynamic changes of pediatric patients receiving operation with general anesthesia. Methods 80 pediatric patients undergoing operation in general anesthesia were randomized into laryngeal mask group and endotracheal catheter group, with 40 cases in each group. Hemodynamics in patients and the safety of application of the two groups were observed. Results Heart rate and mean arterial pressure at the three time points ofT1, T2, T4 were significantly different between the two groups (P 〈0.05). 2 hours and 8 hours after the operation, adverse reactions occurrence was also significantly different between the two groups (P 〈0.05). Conclusions The application of laryngeal mask in pediatric operation is safe and effective, and it has the advantages of less adverse reaction and rapid postoperative recovery compared with the conventional method of airway management.
