摘要
糖尿病心肌病是糖尿病性心脏病的特异性病变,它的病理变化主要为胰岛细胞的慢性炎症损伤、心肌细胞肥大及心肌纤维化,而在它的发生发展中,TGF-β1参与了多个环节,也是众多信号通路的重要中间介质,从而对糖尿病心肌病产生影响。本研究阐述了TGF-β1在糖尿病心肌病病理生理中的作用以及对未来治疗糖尿病心肌病的展望。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a specific disease of diabetic cardiomyopathy, and its main pathological changes include chronic inflammatory injury of islet cells, cardiomyocyte hypertrophy and myocardial fibrosis. TGF-β1 plays an important role in the development of diabetic cardiomyopathy. It is an important intermediate medium for many signaling pathways, so as to impact the diabetic cardiomyopathy. This paper described the role of TGF-β1 in the pathophysiology of diabetic cardiomyopathy and the outlook for the future treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
