摘要
在研究圆弧齿廓谐波齿轮传动啮合原理的基础上,提出了双圆弧谐波齿轮传动柔轮和刚轮基本齿廓设计方法。通过三维CAD设计软件SolidWorks查看柔轮和刚轮的配合情况,并用有限元法研究柔轮齿形的位移变形,模拟波发生器下柔轮的弹性变形过程,通过仿真结果验证柔轮齿形设计的合理性。
Based on the study of arc tooth profile harmonic gear meshing principle, the design method of double arc harmonic gear drive rigidity wheel and flexible wheel basic tooth profile is propose& Through threedimensional CAD design software SolidWorks to view the matching situation of flexible wheel and rigidity wheel, and by using finite element method, the displacement deformation of flexible wheel tooth profile is studied. The elastic deformation process of flexible wheel under wave generator is simulated and the rationality of flexible wheel tooth profile design is verified through the simulation.
