手足口病患儿早期检测超敏C反应蛋白、肌钙蛋白和心肌酶谱的意义 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨手足口病患儿早期检测超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CPR)、肌钙蛋白(cTnI)和心肌酶谱的意义。方法:54例手足口病患者作为观察组,其中普通组34例,重度组20例;42例健康体检者作为对照组,采用全自动生化分析仪检测各组血清心肌酶的含量,免疫散射比浊法检测超敏CPR的含量,电化学发光法检测cTnI的水平。结果:观察组患者出现心肌损害等严重并发症者约占37.0%;观察组患者谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、hs-CPR、cTnI等指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05);重度组患者各指标亦明显高于普通组(P<0.05)。结论:手足口病患儿早期检测hs-CPR、cTnI和心肌酶谱的准确性高,且其水平与疾病严重程度有一定关系。 Objective. To investigate the clinical significance of joint detection of myocardial en- zymes, troponin and hs-CPR in diagnosis of children with hand foot and mouth disease. Methods. Serum myocardial enzyme was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer, high sensitive CPR by immune nephe- lometry, and cTnI by electrochemical luminescence. Results. The incidence of complication was 46.3% in the observation group AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB, hs-CPR, cTnI were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). In severe patients, AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB, hs-CPR, cTnl were also signifi- cantly higher in those of normal group (PO. 0'5). Conclusion.. Cardiac troponin, myocardial enzyme spec- trum ultra and high sensitive CPR have high accuracy in early diagnosis of hand foot and mouth disease, and there is a certain relationship between these level and the severity.
