摘要
旅游开发是目前城市设计研究的新热点,在城市设计中导入旅游开发,有助于实现产业结构的调整、历史文化与自然环境的融合,实现城市多重复兴。四川省汶川县水磨镇在灾后重建过程中,通过在集中安置区的城市设计中导入旅游资源,实现了以旅游业为主导的经济振兴,保障了社区持续发展。在社区旅游和城市设计研究综述基础上,解读水磨羌城城市设计策略及开发旅游的具体做法,分析在集中安置区规划设计中旅游导入的优势,为灾后城市设计提供新思路,也为具有资源潜力的小镇或较大尺度的居民社区进行旅游开发提供参考和借鉴。
Tourism development is the new hot topic of urban design studies. By integrating tourism develop- ment into urban design, it is helpful to achieve the goals such as adjustment of industrial structure, integration of history, culture and natural environment, and the multi-revival of village. In the process of the reconstruction after natural hazard, Shuimo Town in Wenchuan County of Sichuan Province has brought tourism resources into settle- ment community through the method of urban design, which leads to an economic recovery with the tourism industry as the leading factor and also assures the sustainable development of the community. Based on literature review of community tourism and urban design, this paper interprets the strategies of urban design and practices in developing tourism in Qiang Village of Shuimo, then analyzes the advantages of integrating tourism development into planning and design of compact settlement community, and provides new ideas for urban design in reconstruction after natu- ral hazard, thus gives references to towns or communities of large scale with potential tourism resources.
