社会就业形势越来越严峻,大学生就业的压力越来越大。因此,高职院校应该加强对大学生的职业生涯规划教育,指导学生在充分了解社会现实、了解自我的基础上设计自己的职业生涯规划,从而确保在校期间,有目的有针对性地提升自己的综合能力,为将来的就业奠定良好的基础。
The social employment situation more and more serious, college students＇ employment pressure is more and more big. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should strengthen the education on college students＇ career planning, to guide students in understanding the social reality, know self designed on the basis of their own career planning, to ensure that during the period of school, there are targeted to enhance their own comprehensive ability, lay a good foundation for future employment.
