摘要
介绍了液压阀试验台控制系统的工作原理及测试系统的构建方式。通过使用工控机和数据采集卡实现测试数据采集、测试系统控制的自动化,大大提高了液压阀的测试效率和测试精度。通过使用触摸屏,提高了系统的易用性。实际使用表明,该系统精度高、可靠性好,完全满足设计要求。
The working principle of the hydraulic valve test-bed system and the construction method of the test system are introduced in this paper .The efficiency and accuracy of mesurement are improved greatly by using industrial PC and data acquisition card to achieve the automation of test data sampling and test system controlling .The usability of system is improved by touch screen .The application shows that the system is of faster response speed and higher stability and control accuracy .
