摘要
乳化油炸药中的柴油渗入聚乙烯导爆管,是导致深孔预装药爆破中产生拒爆的主要原因。在分析柴油渗透的有关因素及其依从关系的基础上,提出以共混聚合物来提高导爆管抗渗油性的途径.实验证明,据此制成的改性聚乙烯导爆管,对机械化混装炸药车预装药爆破,不失为一种安全而经济的起爆器材。
The Perrmeation of diesel containeu in the emulsive explosive into the detonating cord of polyvinyl is one of the maru causes resating in failure in blasting operation of precharged deep bores.Basea upon the analysis of relevant factors of the diesel permeation and dependent relations,an approaen is proposed to strengthen the performance of the detonating coru to resist the permeation by means of commonly- mixed polymers.The experiments nave proveu that the improved cord is a safe and economic initiating aevice for the precharged (?)rasling pratice with mechanized mixed charge.
