摘要
目的了解上海某区公立及民营医疗机构的消毒质量,进一步规范各类医疗机构消毒管理工作。方法通过现场抽样检测的方法,对上海某区部分医疗机构的消毒质量进行调查。结果本次调查的20家公立医疗机构消毒质量合格率为92.4%,20家民营医疗机构消毒质量合格率为96.5%。公立医疗机构消毒质量合格率低于90%的场所有侯诊室、补液室和病房;民营医疗机构消毒质量合格率均在90%以上。所有监测对象中,以室内空气消毒质量合格率最低,公立和民营医疗机构合格率分别为67.8%和82.3%。结论上海某区医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,公立与民营医疗机构消毒质量基本处于相同水平,应加强对薄弱环节的消毒管理。
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of public and private medical institutes in Huangpu District of Shanghai so as to further regulate disinfection management among them. Methods Collecting and testing samples on - site were used to investigate the disinfection quality of 20 public medical institutes and 20 private medical institutes. Re-suits The average qualified rates of disinfection in public and private medical institutes were 92. 4% and 96. 5% respec-tively. In reception room, injection room, and ward of public medical institutes, the average qualified rates were below 90%. Indoor air qualified rate of disinfection quality was the lowest among all test items, for 67.8% in public medical in- stitutes and 82. 3% in private medical institutes. Conclusion Overall disinfection quality in Huangpu District is satisfied. Disinfection qualities with public and private medical institutes are at the same level. Disinfection management should be strengthened in weak aspects.
