Clinical value of sepsis biomarkers

摘要 脓毒症在重症监护室患者中的发病率高,是最重要的致死性病因之一,但缺乏特异性临床表现。文章介绍了对脓毒症诊断、预后判断具有临床价值的分子标志物,以及未来的发展方向。 Sepsis is the most important cause of morbidity and mortality in the intensive care unit (ICU) , but it lacks specif- ic clinical manifestations. In this article, the author introduced the vaulable biomarkers on sepsis diagnosis, predicting severi- ty and prognosis, and highlighted the direction of sepsis biomarkers research.
