摘要
目的分析上海市浦东新区足浴场所的卫生状况,为制定相应的卫生干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用描述性研究方法,随机抽取2010—2012年浦东新区43家足浴场所为调查对象,分析其足浴场所室内空气、公共用品、从业人员手部以及足浴水的卫生状况。采用χ2检验对合格率进行统计学检验。结果 2010—2012年43家足浴场所公共用品的整体合格率为76.6%,不同经营规模足浴场所用品合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.683,P<0.01),小规模足浴场所用品合格率明显低于中大规模;从业人员手部合格率为68.8%,不同经营规模从业人员手部合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.519,P<0.01),3年足浴水整体合格率为57.1%,3年足浴水合格率之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.691,P<0.01)。结论浦东新区足浴场所的卫生状况不容乐观,公共用品、从业人员手部以及足浴水水质应为重点监测对象,相关部门要加强卫生监管。
[ Objective] To investigate the sanitary condition of foot massage places in Pudong District of Shanghai, provide scientific basis for developing the related health interventions. [ Methods ] By using the descriptive research method, 43 foot massage places were randomly collected from Pudong District during 2010-2012. The sanitary conditions of indoors air, public supplies, the practitioners＇hands and water for foot massage were detected, and the qualified rates were statistically analyzed by Chi-square test. [ Results] The total qualified rate of public supplies in massage places during 2010-2012 was 76.6%, and there was a significant difference in the qualified rate of public supplies among different scales of foot massage places （X2 = 11. 683, P 〈 0.01 1, which the qualified rate of public supplies in small-scale foot massage places was significant lower than that in medium scale and largescale foot massage places. The qualified rate of practitioners＇hands was 68.8%, and the difference among different scales of foot massage places was significant （ X2 = 11. 519,P 〈0.05 ）. The total qualified rate of water for foot massage was 57.1% , and there was a significant difference among three years （ X2 = 9. 691, P 〈 0.01 }. [ Conclusion] The sanitary condition of foot massage places in Pudong District is not optimistic. It is necessary to pay attention to the monitoring of the public supplies, the practitioners＇hands and water for foot massage. Meanwhile, the related department should improve the health surveillance and supervision.
