摘要 目的 观察酸性氧化电位水集中消毒负压吸引瓶效果.方法 将2012年7~12月使用后的356只负压吸引瓶由各病房使用含氯消毒液浸泡处理(对照组),2013年1~6月使用后的564只负压吸引瓶由消毒供应中心集中采用酸性氧化电位水浸泡处理(观察组).比较两组负压吸引瓶清洗消毒效果.结果 观察组清洗及消毒质量合格率显著高于对照组(均P<0.01).结论 负压吸引瓶由消毒供应中心集中用酸性氧化电位水处理,既可保证清洗消毒质量,又省时、环保,是医院处理负压吸引瓶的一种高效、经济、实用的方法. Objective To observe the effect of centralized disinfection of electrolyzed oxidizing water on the negative pressure suction bottle. Methods From July to December 2012, 365 negative pressure suction bottles were washed with chlorine-containing disinfectant in wards (the control group). From January to June, 2013, 564 negative pressure suction bottles were soaked concentratedly into electrolyzed oxidizing water by disinfection supply center (the observation group). The disinfection quality of negative pressure suction bottle was compared between the control group and the observation group. Results The qualification rate of disinfection quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion The negative pressure suction bottle can be effectively treated with electrolyzed oxidizing water by the disinfection supply center and it can guarantee the disinfection quality. It is time-saving and environmentally-friendly. It is an efficient, economic and practical method to deal with the negative pressure suction bottle for hospital.
