以周围神经损害为主要表现的汞中毒患者9例分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析以周围神经损害为主要表现的汞中毒患者的临床表现和肌电图特征,以提高对汞中毒周嗣神经损害的临床认识。方法回顾性分析2005年1月—2013年7月于首都医科大学宣武医院住院确诊的以周围神经损害为主要表现的汞中毒患者9例的临床特征和辅助检查资料。结果 9例患者中,主诉肢体麻木7例(77.8%)、疼痛6例(66.7%)、无力3例(33.3%);针极肌电图检查异常6例(66.7%),感觉神经检查异常6例(66.7%),运动神经检查异常1例(11.1%),周围神经传导速度和波幅均有受损。在接受二巯基丙磺酸钠驱汞治疗后,症状可有不同程度的缓解。结论汞中毒周围神经损害可以表现为感觉神经和运动神经受损症状,但感觉神经受损的主诉更为常见。肌电图检查中,针极肌电图和感觉神经传导速度检查对于汞中毒周围神经损害的识别更为敏感。 Objective To analyze the clinical and electrophysiological manifestations of patients with mercury exposure and peripheral nerve lesion.Methods Retrospective analysis the date of patients from January 2005 to July 2013,at Xuanwu Hospital who were diagnosed of peripheral nerve damage as the main manifestation of mercury poisoning and auxiliary examination.Results Nine patients complained of;numbness in 7 cases(77.8%),pain in 6 cases(66.7%),asthenia in 3cases(33.3%);needle electromyography abnormalities in 6 cases(66.1%),sensory nerve abnormalities in 6 cases(66.7%),1 case of motor nerve abnormalities(11.1%),peripheral nerve conduction velocity and amplitude were damaged.After received two sulfonate drive mercury treatment,the symptoms have varying degrees of ease.Conclusion Symptoms of sensory nerve lesion are more common in patients with mercury exposure and peripheral nerve lesion.Needle electromyography and sensory nerve conduction velocity studies are more sensitive for the detection of peripheral nerve lesion in patients with mercury exposure
