摘要
固定化微生物技术是将特选的微生物固定在选定的载体上,使其高度密集并保持生物活性,在适宜条件下能够快速、大量增殖的生物技术。这种技术应用于废水处理,有利于提高生物反应器内微生物(尤其是特殊功能的微生物)的浓度,有利于微生物抵抗不利环境的影响,有利于反应后的固液分离,缩短处理所需的时间。本文研究的主要是利用琼脂包埋法对微生物进行固定,固定之前处理最佳CODc,浓度为1000mg/L,处理效果为80%左右,固定后CODCx处理浓度为2000mg/L,效果达到85%以上。实验得出固定后微生物处理有机废水的最佳条件为:CODCx为2000mg/L,pH为6.0~8.0,处理时间8h。
