摘要
栓剂作为目前临床用药的四大剂型之一,在治疗领域起到了举足轻重的地位。不仅发挥了局部治疗的作用,还可以通过直肠黏膜吸收作用到全身。由于避免了肝脏的首过效应,现已被广泛的用于幼儿、老年人、不能口服药物的患者。该文从栓剂的历史、特点以及中药栓剂在肛肠病中应用的汇总,概述了近10年来栓剂在我国的蓬勃发展,以及中药栓剂的优越性。
Suppository formulations, as one of the four most commonly-used preparation in the treatment at current, has played a pivotal position. It not only plays the role of local treatment, but also is absorbed into the body through the rectal mucosa. By avoiding the hepatic first-pass effect, it has been widely used in children and elderly patients, who can not use oral medications. In this paper, it will collect history of suppositories, characteristics and application of traditional Chinese medicine suppository in anorectal diseases, and overview the flourish suppositories among the past 10 years in our country, as well as the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine suppository.
