摘要
本文通过对湖南省茶陵县亚稀褶黑菇中毒事件的调查 ,获得了详尽的临床资料 ,并通过分析中毒病人的临床表现 ,首次探讨了亚稀褶黑菇的中毒机理。结果表明 ,亚稀褶黑菇毒素作为一种外界信号分子与细胞膜受体结合 ,引起细胞内Ca2 +浓度上升 ,通过一系列生理生化反应过程 。
Intoxication caused by Russula subnigricans Hongo was investigated in ChaLing county of Hunan province.Clincal information had been got,and poisonous mechanism about R.Subnigricans was researched fisstly.The result showed that Russuphelin can combine with certain cell membrane receptor as an exteral signal molecule,increase the cellar Ca 2+ density,and finally lead to cell death by a series of physiological and biochemical reactions.
