摘要
目的:探讨荆花胃康胶丸联合标准三联疗法治疗糜烂型胃炎愈合及改善情况。方法:连续收集慢性糜烂型胃炎患者50例纳入临床观察,按照随机数字表法分治疗组和观察组,每组25例。治疗组用荆花胃康胶丸加标准三联疗法,对照组只用三联疗法。分别于治疗第2、3、4周观察临床症状改善情况及治疗前后胃镜下胃炎愈合情况。结果:经过4周治疗,治疗组临床症状改善总有效率为92%,对照组为60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后,治疗组胃镜下黏膜糜烂愈合总有效率为92%,对照组为56%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显副作用。结论:荆花胃康胶丸联合标准三联疗法有利于慢性糜烂型胃炎黏膜糜烂的愈合及症状的改善。
Objective：To explore the efficacy of jinghuaweikang capsules with standard triple therapy in the treatment of the chronic erosive gastritis and to improve the healing quality of erosion.Method：Fifty patients with chronic erosive gastritis were randomly and equally divided into two groups,each group of 25 cases. The control group was treated with standard triple and the therapy group was treated with jinghuaweikang capsules plus standard triple. Both groups were successive treated for 4 weeks .The symptoms were assessed before and 2,3,4 weeks after the treatment,as well as the endoscopic examination were conducted before and after the treatment.Result：The total remission rate of symptoms of the control group was 60%while the therapy group was 92%after treatment,and the difference between the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In addition the recovery rate of mucosal erosion in the control group was 56%and it was 92%in the therapy group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The side effects were not found in both groups.Conclusion：Jinghuaweikang capsules plus standard triple is beneficial for recovery of erosive gastric mucosa and improvement of dyspepsia symptoms.
