摘要 通过对焊缝夏比冲击试验样本的研究,分析了造成焊缝冲击韧性不符合GB/T 9711—2011标准要求的原因。研究结果表明,焊缝中存在的Mn和Si氧化物夹杂及不适当的热处理是造成HFW焊缝低温冲击韧性不合的主要原因。除此之外,焊缝的焊接质量也是影响韧性的重要因素。同样试验温度下,提高焊缝质量就可以提高焊缝的冲击韧性。应根据实际生产情况,分析造成韧性不合的原因,从源头上解决问题,才是提高HFW焊缝低温冲击韧性的有效方法。 Through studying the sample of weld Charpy impact test, the reason caused the weld impact toughness not comply with the requirement of GB/F 9711--2011 standard was studied. The results indicated that Mn and Si oxide inclusions in weld and improper heat treatment are the main reasons to affect the low temperature impact toughness of HFW weld. In addition, the welding quality of weld is also the key factor to affect the toughness, under the same testing temperature, improving the welding quality can improve the weld Charpy impact toughness. In order to improve the low temperature toughness of HFW weld, it should study and analyze the reason caused incompatible toughness from the practice product condition, and solve the problem from the source, which is the most effective way to improve the low temperature toughness.
