摘要
本文研究了偏最小二乘火焰原子吸收光谱法同时测定 Hg和 Co的方法 ,校正了 Co2 53.6 4 9nm对Hg2 53.6 52 nm的吸收线重叠干扰 ,用 Hg空心阴极灯同时测定合成样中的 Hg和 Co,方法快速、简单、准确 ,结果令人满意。
The method for simultaneous determination of Hg and Co was presented.Partial least squares regression (PLS) was used to compensate for spectral 'overlap' interference about Co 253.649nm and Hg 253.652nm in flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Only the mercury element hollow cathode lamp was used to determine simultaneously Hg and Co in synthetic samples and the results were satisfactory.The method is simple,fast and accurate.
