摘要
在对煤粉制样系统工作原理了解的基础上,设计出了一种新型破碎机。它将双辊破碎机的主动辊轴和鄂式破碎机的楔形调整机构相结合,并汲取了二者的优点。为了更好地了解辊板的运动特性,利用Pro/E软件进行实体建模,然后导入ADAMS中进行仿真分析,为改进低磨损、低能耗的辊式破碎机的设计提供理论基础。
This paper put forward a design concept about pulverized coal sample preparation system.This paper design a new crusher,which based on the understanding of pulverized coal preparation system’s working principle.and use stick and crushing plate constitute the crushing cavity.At the same time,this paper use Pro/E software for solid modeling and ADAMS for simulation analysis.All of this provide theoretical basis for improve the roll crusher’s low wear and low-power.
