摘要
空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)是控制交流异步电动机的一种控制方式。SVPWM技术应用于交流调速系统中不但改善了脉宽调制(PWM)技术存在电压利用率偏低的缺点,而且具有转矩脉动小、噪声低等优点。给出了一个以TMS320LF2407A型DSP芯片为控制电路核心的交流异步电机SVPWM变频调速系统,在介绍了SVPWM基本原理的基础上,对调速系统硬软件设计进行了分析。实验结果表明:该调速系统电压利用率高、输出电流谐波少、控制精度高,具有优良的控制效果。
Space vector pulse width modulation( SVPWM) is a method to control the AC asynchronous motor.SVPWM technology applied in AC speed regulation system can not only improve the shortcoming of low voltage utilization in the pulse-width modulation(PWM) technology,but have little torque ripple,low noise advantages.In this paper,a SVPWM variable frequency AC asynchronous motor speed regulation system employing a core TMS320LF2407A-type DSP chip was presented,the basic principle of voltage space vector control had been introduced,and the design of hardware and software in the speed regulation system was analyzed.The obtained experimental results indicate that the proposed speed regulation system has high voltage utilization,small harmonic current,high control precision,and has excellent control effect.
