边缘随机调制方孔的菲涅耳衍射

摘要 对边缘随机调制方孔的菲涅耳衍射进行了理论分析,得到了菲涅耳衍射区内的衍射光强公式。通过对高斯随机调制边缘方孔的菲涅耳衍射的数值模拟,研究了随机边界的横向相关长度和粗糙度两个参量分别对方孔纵向和横向衍射光强的影响。结果表明,在同一衍射距离处,随机边界的横向相关长度和粗糙度越大,对调制方孔菲涅耳衍射的散射调制越大。相同的横向相关长度和粗糙度对在不同传输距离处方孔的菲涅耳衍射的影响也不同。这些结果对于实际孔径的菲涅耳衍射的应用具有一定的指导意义。 Fresnel diffraction by square hole with random modulation edge is theoretically analyzed, and the diffraction intensity formula in Fresnel diffraction region is deduced. The simulation calculations of Fresnel diffraction of the square hole with Gaussian random edge are performed, and the calculation results prove that the lateral correlation length and the roughness of the random boundary have effect on transverse and longitude diffraction distributions in Fresnel diffraction region. The larger the lateral correlation length and the roughness of the random boundary are, the severer the scattering modulation of the diffraction distributions at the same propagation distance is. For the same modulation parameters, the influence of the modulation parameters on the diffraction intensity distributions at different propagation distance is different. These results are significant for the applications of Fresnel diffraction of the practical diffraction hole.
