一株具有Caspase7抑制活性的糖多孢菌属菌株的分离鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 从云南景洪曼亭药用植物牛心果根际土样中分离到具有Caspase7抑制活性的放线菌株I06-1231-1.菌株在大多数培养基上生长状况良好,只在ISP4培养基上生长弱.基内菌丝由乳白至棕黄,在ISP2及马铃薯浸汁琼脂上有白色气丝产生.可溶性色素由淡黄至棕黄.进一步结合菌株的形态特征、生理生化特征、细胞壁化学组分、分子分类特征等,将菌株I06-1231-1鉴定为糖多孢菌属的一个菌株. An actinomycete strain with Caspase 7-inhibiting activity,designated as I06-1231-1,was isolated from the rhizosphere soil of bullock's heart custard apple(Radix Annonae reticulatae),a medicinal plant collected from Yunnan.I06-1231-1grew well on all the media tested except ISP4.The strain formed extensively branched substrate mycelia creamy white to brown in color,and white aerial hyphae occurred on ISP2and potato extract agar.Diffusible pigments were produced on some agar media,which were buffy to brown in color.In view of its morphology,biochemical characteristics,chemotaxonomic data,and phylogenetic analysis based on 16SrRNA gene sequence,I06-1231-1 was identified as a Saccharopolyspora strain.
