摘要
新媒体以数字媒体技术为核心,具有数字化、交互性、以受众为中心等典型特征。教育电视媒体作为新媒介生态下一种新的媒体形式,亦由传统电视发展为网络电视、互联网协议电视、手机电视等多种形态。教育电视新媒体体现出来的突出特点是以受众为中心,强调受众参与创造信息,因此,互动成为教育电视新媒体研究的核心问题。教育电视新媒体包括基于受众需求的选择式互动、基于受众行为模型的信息推送式互动、基于受众参与的角色扮演式互动三种形式。目前支持电视媒体交互的常用技术有IPQAM和IPTV两种,但两者支持交互的传输机制有所不同。前者将音视频信息和互动回传信息通过不同的通道进行传输,后者均使用IP信道进行传输。为了提高教育电视媒体互动的质量,我们应采取积极的互动策略,如促进各种信息渠道融合,加强互动过程监控,精心设计互动内容,吸引受众长期注意等。
The new media, with digital media technology being its core, features digitization, interaction, audience-centeredness. As a new form of media in the new media ecology, the educational television media also develops it forms from traditional television to network TV, Internet Protocol TV, mobile TV, etc. As a new medium, educational TV is audience centered, emphasizing on audience participation in the creation of information. Therefore, interaction becomes the focus of research. There are three forms of educational TV as a new medium: selective interaction based on audience demand, information-push interaction based on audience behavior model, and role-playing interaction based on audience participation. The current technologies that support TV media interaction are IPQAM and IPTV, and their transmission mechanisms are different. The former transmits AV information and interactive feedback information via different channels, whereas the latter transmits both via the same IP transmission channel. In order to improve the quality of interaction, we should take positive interactive strategies, such as promoting the fusion of various channels of information, strengthening the monitoring of interaction processes, deliberately designing the interactive contents to attract audience's attention.
