摘要
学习型组织理论是当今先进的管理理论,提供了一种新型的组织模式。体育教学需要发展和更新,需要更先进的理论作为基础,从学习型组织理论角度分析当下的体育教学,正视目前体育教学中存在的不足,以求为高校体育教学发展提供新的思路。
Learning organization theory is an advanced management theory,provided a new organizational model. If Physical Education want to develop and innovate,it is need more advanced theory as a basis.In this paper,analysis of the current sports teaching and face up to the shortcomings of the physical education from the perspective of learning organization theory,in order to provide a new ideas for the development of college physical education.
